Main Features

  1. The four-station laser cross cursor can be used with the head mold bracket for projection mapping of the protected area.
  2. The head shape adjustment control panel is engraved with A, E, J, M, and O, making it easy to select the correct head shape and helmet sample for testing.
  3. The adsorbed rotating angle needle is used to facilitate testing of the left and right horizontal fields of view as well as the up and down fields of view.
  4. The full-scale angle display instrument can display visual field data in real time.
  5. The comprehensive test tool adjustment slider is equipped with a scale, and the position of the corresponding reference plane and other positions can be adjusted according to the scale.
  6. The relevant standard headforms selected for the equipment have been marked with corresponding reference markings on the surface of the headform. Adjust the four-station laser cross cursor to coincide with the corresponding reference markings of the headform, which facilitates testing of the helmet protection area and can also be carried out. Adjustment of relevant visual field planes improves testing efficiency and accuracy.
  7. Different standards and helmet configurations are slightly different. The specific configuration is subject to actual purchase.
  8. The protective area test equipment can be used for head mold types, half head molds (A, E, J, M, O,), full head molds (A, E, J, M, O,)
