Main Features

  1. It consists of structural frame, head mold, weights, sliding table group dragging movement tooling, release device, PLC control box, etc.
  2. PLC touch screen operation control, relevant operations can be completed through touch screen operation.
  3. The falling height can be set by touch screen. When the set height is reached, it will stop automatically.
  4. The falling height is automatically collected and processed by the encoder, and the touch screen displays the height in real time.
  5. The screw-fixed headform connection method makes it easy to replace the headform and facilitate testing of helmets of different sizes.
  6. The weight suction and release structure adopts electric control and touch screen operation.
  7. The weight movement adopts PLC touch screen + handle dual-control electric control.
  8. The test elastic belt and steel wire rope can be replaced by yourself.
  9. Equipped with angle measurement tools for testing the rotation angle after the test.
