3, protection system: built-in over-temperature protection system, the temperature exceeds the preset temperature, automatically cut off the power supply; open the door power-off protection system, the test door open, automatically cut off the power supply. Configuration light sensor, real-time monitoring of xenon lamp operation, the lamp automatically alarm and record the running time.
4, the sample holder: polygonal spherical distribution structure to ensure that all the distance from the lamp hat are the same. The use of rotatable sample clip holder, rotate in place 360 ° to install the specimen. Overcome the fixed type sample clip need to be installed in different places and the need to open the door on both sides, covering a large area and other shortcomings.
5, the light source system: the use of 450W short pulse high-pressure xenon lamp, and specially configured to support the power trigger to ensure the stability of the light source type.
6, control system: PLC + 7-inch touch screen control, test temperature, time and other related information touch screen real-time display and operation control at any time.
7, cooling system: the use of “down into the air, the upper air” air-cooled cooling system. Special turbo fan to ensure that the outside wind energy flows uniformly across the surface of the xenon lamp and the interior of the test chamber to ensure that the standard requirement of 60 ℃ is not exceeded, extending the service life of internal devices.
