The ZL-1500 series digital measuring projector is a precision, high-efficiency measuring instrument that integrates optics, mechanics, and electronics. It is widely used in industries such as machinery, instruments, electronics, and light industry; as well as in universities, research institutes, and metrology calibration departments.

This instrument can efficiently measure the contour dimensions and surface shapes of various complex-shaped workpieces, such as templates, stamped parts, cams, threads, gears, and formed milling cutters.

The optical system of this product is of high quality, with clear objective lens imaging and accurate magnification. Under transmitted light illumination, the contour measurement error is less than 0.08%; the coordinate measurement indication error can reach (3+L/200) µm. It is equipped with a dedicated miniature printer and foot switch, making data output and sampling highly convenient. The workpiece image can be either a positive image or an inverted image.

This instrument can efficiently inspect the contours and surface shapes of various complex workpieces, such as templates, stamped parts, cams, screws, gears, forming milling cutters, and other tools, cutting tools, parts, terminals, watches, and diamonds.

It has a wide range of applications and is widely used in industries such as machinery, moulds, instruments, electronics, and light industry. It is an indispensable metrological calibration device for metrology laboratories and production workshops.

Data processing system: DP100 multifunctional data processing system, with full Chinese display, capable of multi-point sampling, coordinate rotation, point, line, distance, and angle detection, RS-232 data output, and display of measurement graphics.  

The Z-axis elevation of this projector uses a rail transmission method, enhancing the stability and durability of the machine body. The projector produces clear images with accurate magnification ratios.

  

Key Technologies:

The measuring projector places the workpiece on the workbench under transmitted or reflected illumination. Under transmitted light illumination, the contour measurement error is less than 0.08%; the coordinate measurement indication error can reach (3+L/200) μm, where L is the measured length (unit: mm). The instrument is equipped with a dedicated miniature printer and foot switch, making data output and sampling highly convenient.

It uses an objective lens to form an enlarged real image (inverted image), which is then reflected by a mirror onto the frosted surface of the projection screen, producing an image identical to the workpiece.

The DP-300C multifunction digital display meter uses Japanese materials and features a fully Chinese-language display. It can perform multi-point sampling, coordinate rotation, point, line, circle, distance, and angle measurements.
