2.Meet the standard:
2.1 China Robot Industry Alliance Standard and other standards CRIA 0003.2-2016 “Special Cables for Industrial Robots Part 2: Test Methods” section 3.10.3 standard requirements;
2.2 Comply with the requirements of TUV Rheinland 2 PfG 2577/08.16 Annex H standard.
3.Main functions:
3.1 PLC touch screen display:
3.1.1 Parameter setting: machine control related parameters
3.1.2 Test conditions: test speed, test times, test angle direction, control conditions, etc.
3.1.3 Test monitoring: current equipment running status, such as actual speed, times, angle, display date and time, etc.
3.2 Unattended: The equipment can automatically judge the on-off of the sample by monitoring the circuit of the sample. When it detects that the circuit is disconnected, it can choose to suspend the operation of the equipment and give a sound and light warning until the manual inspection and confirmation, and then continue the test.
3.3 Special jig: There are suitable clamping jigs for cables with different wire diameters
3.4 Machine performance: Kunlun on-state LCD+Mitsubishi PLC/Panasonic+Servo motor is used, and the transmission parts are all domestic high-quality brands, with stable operation, large torque, high positioning accuracy, long service life, low noise
3.5 Online monitoring: The points are divided into 3 groups, each group has 5 pairs of interfaces, which can meet the monitoring of 15 pairs of wires at the same time. The wiring board is installed directly above the samples at each station, which is convenient for connecting cables.
