1.Meet the standard
1.1 Compliant with standards: GB/T17650.1-1998, GB/T17650.2-1998 and IEC60754-1:1994, IEC60754-2:1991 standards; also meet GB/T19666-2005 “General Rules for Flame Retardant and Fire Resistant Wires and Cables” 6.3.4 of GA306.1-2007, 6.3.4 of GA306.2-2007, 9.10 and 9.11 of UL2556-2007.
2.Main parameters
2.1 Tube furnace: The effective length of the heating chamber and the diameter of the tube are 600×ф42mm, and it is equipped with an adjustable electrical heating system. Heating power: 220V /10KW (see Figure 1)
2.2 Combustion tube:
2.2.1 Material: refractory tube made of silica, resistant to corrosive gases.
2.2.2 Specifications: The inner diameter is 40mm, the length extending from the inlet side of the tube furnace is 60~200mm, and the length extending from the outlet side is 60~100mm, leaving a gap for thermal expansion.
2.3 Burning boat:
2.3.1 Material: Fused quartz tube is used.
2.3.2 Specifications: length 100mm, width 25mm, depth 10mm.
2.3.3 The feeding method of the combustion boat: the pulling method of bar magnet and platinum wire is adopted.
2.4 Gas collection: Two bottles are used: one is equipped with a magnetic stirrer and contains 220 mL of sodium hydroxide solution.
2.5 Air supply system:
2.5.1 Air flow meter: 20mL~200mL adjustable
2.5.2 Compressor (provided by your company)
2.6 Sampling: 500mg~1000mg
2.7 Determination of halogen acid content:
2.7.1 Analytical balance: the accuracy is 0.1mg (optional accessories, the cost is extra)
2.7.2 Digital PH meter: the accuracy is 0.02PH (see Figure 2)
2.7.3 Conductivity meter: measuring range: (0~1×105)μS/cm (Figure 3)
2.8 Conductivity meter
2.8.1 The conductivity meter adopts a large screen, blue backlight, double-row digital display LCD with manual and automatic temperature compensation functions
2.8.2 The conductivity cell constants are 0.01, 0.1, 1.0 and 10.0cm-1 four electrodes, which are selected by the user

2.8.4 Electrical connectors are lower than the plane, which is helpful for anti-corrosion and safety
2.8.5 Automatic conversion of measurement frequency, selection of titanium alloy electrodes with a conductivity cell constant of 0.01cm-1 and a sealed measurement tank, which are suitable for high-purity water measurement

With three and one-half LED digital display with manual temperature compensation function; equipped with our factory E-201-C-Q9 pH composite electrode
