Vacuum impregnation Machine Main Functions are as follows:

Overall Structure:

The vacuum box is made of high-quality A3 steel plates according to national standards, which are folded and welded together. The vacuum cover is made of 5mm thick steel plates. The sealing components are made of imported 10mm thick silicone rubber plates; The opening method is gas to oil conversion. The overall support column is equipped with 4 × 4 square tubes and adjustable feet. (± 50mm adjustable)

 

Vacuum Pumping System:

Using a voltage of 380V three-phase four wire 0.75KW, equipped with a neutral wire. The motor adopts a 5L/S vacuum tube imported from a three-phase four pole 0.75KW vacuum pump, and uses corrosion-resistant and stretch resistant transparent steel wire tubes. The air valve uses high-quality brass ball valves, equipped with air check valves and oil filters.

 

Lifting System:

Using pneumatic to oil booster cylinder, the lifting height can be adjusted (0-100mm).

 

Control System:

The vacuum degree can be adjusted (0~999s), the immersion time can be set (0~999s), the vacuum/air filling time can be set/the number of times can be set, and the liquid level has automatic rise and fall functions; Equipped with a separate secondary vacuum function.

 

Protection System:

The vacuum pump is equipped with an air check valve and an air filter (to prevent phenomena such as oil return and vacuum pump water ingress), and the control circuit is equipped with an “indicator type” fuse (for easy replacement and inspection).

 

Setting System:

  1. Vacuum degree setting (0-999 seconds) B Immersion time setting (0-999 seconds) C Positive and negative timing settings (0-999 seconds) for vacuuming/inflating D. Setting the number of positive and negative work cycles (0-999 times) E Secondary vacuum setting (0-999 seconds).

 

Product Operation Process:

Place the product → Press start → Automatically close the vacuum box cover → Vacuumize → Oil tank rises → Immersion timer → Immersion time is up → Oil tank descends → Fill with air → Vacuumize → Fill with air (evacuate, fill with air, round-trip times reached) → Automatically open the vacuum box cover (alarm for N seconds at the same time) → One workflow is completed to remove the product. (Note: The opening/closing of the cover and the lifting of the oil tank are both done using air to oil conversion method<compressed air to hydraulic, no hydraulic oil pump required>).

 

Functional Features:

  1. Adopting a stepper motor to drive a precision ball screw to drive the sub slot lifting immersion, which can preset the lifting height; Pre adjustable lifting height (maximum stroke of sub slot 60mm; displacement accuracy ± 0.05mm)
  2. The spiral elevator has a high load-bearing capacity, high control accuracy, and the PIN will not stick to varnish, so there is no need for secondary tin plating.
  3. CNC core microcontroller control, can preset multiple immersion modes, and has the function of timely and appropriate elimination of bubbles;
  4. Automatic opening and closing of the box cover, secondary automatic vacuum pumping, time-saving, labor-saving, environmentally friendly, energy-saving, and capable of single person multi machine operation.
  5. The overall groove is made of 10MM steel plate. Double glass observation window allows for real-time monitoring of immersion conditions
