This testing machine complies with the testing standards of Article 5.6.3.3 of GB5013.1 and VDE 0282-2, and is manufactured in accordance with Article 3.3 and Figure 3 of GB5013.2-2008, as well as Article 5.6.3.2 of HD22.1, IEC:60227

Sample: Three pairs of flexible cable samples, each approximately 1m in length, will be used for testing.

 

Experimental methods and parameters:

 In each pair of samples, one sample should be wound approximately twice on a fixed wheel with a diameter of 40mm at the bottom of the groove. The distance between the flanges of the wheels must be such that each round of the sample is in close contact, and then the sample should be fixed to prevent any relative movement between the cable and the wheel.

 The second specimen should be placed in the groove formed by the two circles of specimens, and a 500g weight should be attached to one end. The other end must move up and down within a distance of 0.1m at a speed of 40 unidirectional strokes per minute.
