1、 Product Description:

The power frequency spark machine is suitable for pinhole detection of insulation and coating layers of plastic, rubber and other wires and cables. It can also be used for intermediate inspection and routine testing of wires and cables. Used for online production inspection or finished product packaging process inspection of extrusion machines.

 

In the production process of wires and cables, in order to inspect the quality of the wire coating or insulation, the testing method applies a certain voltage between the conductor and the electrode for a certain period of time, and then checks whether it can withstand the voltage value. The electronic circuit also indicates the location of the pinhole and automatically counts. The necessary measuring equipment for inspecting the quality of insulation layer with high voltage is manufactured according to the following two standards: 1) It meets the requirements of China’s national standard GB3048.15-92 (Power frequency spark test method for insulated wire cores of wires and cables), with a sensitivity of less than 600 μ A. 2) Meets the requirements of UL1581-1990 standard in the United States. This machine complies with relevant domestic and international safety standards such as GB3048/UL1581, UL2556/CSA/VDE/JIS.
