This series of wire and cable spark testing machines is an essential testing equipment used in the production process of wires and cables to inspect the quality of insulation layers with high voltage. This spark machine complies with the requirements of GB3048 “Test Method for Power Frequency Spark of Insulated Wire and Cable Cores”, with a sensitivity of<600 μ A and UL1581-1990 requirements. This series of spark machines uses epoxy cast high voltage transformers with good moisture resistance and strong anti-interference ability. It is equipped with a self check button to check whether the work is normal at any time (breakdown, counting, sound and light alarm), ensuring accurate testing. The high voltage is pointer type.
