Applicable:
The testing method of this machine is in accordance with the European standard EN13900-5:2005 testing standard, applicable to.It is suitable for the determination of the dispersing performance of solid substances such as pigments in PP, PE and other plastic raw materials and their masterbatches and other mixtures.Determination of dispersing performance, real-time recording and capturing the melt pressure and temperature curve changes before filtering, and automatic calculation of the pressure and filtration value.It records and captures the change of melt pressure and temperature curve before filtering in real time, and calculates the value of pressure filtration automatically.

Principle:
It consists of small precision single-screw extruder, melt pump, screen filter, high-precision melt temperature and pressure sensor, PLC program measurement and analysis system. The test material is first melted and homogenized by the single-screw extruder, and then transported to the die head equipped with 10μm (1250 mesh) screen by the melt pump with constant speed, pressure and temperature. The PLC programmable program measures and records the change of the melt pressure curve in front of the screen in real time, and then calculates the filtration pressure value (FPV) automatically, and prints out the test result.
