The Material:

(A) The laboratory is equipped with imported PVC board and is resistant to acid.

(B) The outer box is made of imported PVC board and is resistant to acid.

(C) The reagent replenishment water tank adopts a hidden water level table, which is easy to clean and is not easy to be broken.

(D) The saturated air bucket is best insulated with SUS#304 stainless steel high pressure barrel.

Salt spray test – wetting test

(A) Salt spray laboratory: NSS, CASS

1. LaboratoryTemperature: 10 ° C ~ 50
2. Saturated air bucket: 47 ° C ± 1 ° C

(B) Wetting test:

1. Temperature: 40 ° C ± 2 ° C
2. Humidity: 93%~100% or more
3. Saturated air bucket: 47 ° C ± 1 ° C

(C) Drying test:

1.Temperature: 15°C~50°C ±1°C

2. Humidity: 30% or more

 

The Air Supply System:

The air pressure is 1kg/cm2 in two-stage adjustment. The first is the imported pressure regulating filter with filtered water function.

Approximate adjustment to 2-2.5kg / cm2, the second is the imported precision pressure regulating valve, adjusted to the pressure gauge 1kg / cm2 pressure gauge.

 

The Spray Testing Method:

1. Using the Bernotte principle to take the salt water and then atomize it, the atomization degree is uniform, and there is no phenomenon of blocking crystallization, which ensures the standard of continuous testing.
2. Nozzle: It is made of special glass nozzle, which can adjust the amount of spray and the angle of spray.
3. Spray amount: adjustable 1.5±0.5 ml 80cm2/Hr (16 hours average).

4.40L large salt water storage tank, 48HR continuous uninterrupted spray.

 

The Heating System:

The external hot air heating method is adopted, the heating rate is fast, the standby time is reduced, and the component damage rate is low.

Use S.S.R to control the heating power, the temperature is accurate, and the power consumption is small. (Electric heating tube adopts titanium alloy anti-corrosion tube)

 

The Circuit Control System:

1. The main controller adopts 7-inch LCD man-machine interface, and the main screen can plan the test program.
2. Fixed condition can set time 0 – 999 H 59 MIN.
3. Program mode can set salt spray at the same time, wet test
4. With power-off memory device, the remaining programs can continue to be executed during power-up.
5. The temperature rise and fall can be used for rate control, and it has the function of self-correcting temperature and humidity reference points.
6. The temperature and humidity sensors are DIN PT-100Ω (platinum induction).

 

The Incoming Water System and Drainage System:

The water is automatically replenished with water, and the water is automatically replenished when the water level is too low, and manual watering can be used.

Drainage with acid-resistant anti-corrosion pump to increase service life and reduce drainage waiting time.

All pipeline fittings are imported with acid-resistant anti-corrosion components and have a long service life.

 

The Humidification System:

1. Using the electronic bit method P.I.D micro-motion humidification system.
2. Attached to the overheating and overflow double protection device.
3. The humidification and dehumidification systems are completely independent.
4. The water level control adopts the polymer float ball valve.
5. Fully automatic humidification water replenishing device. (The machine needs to be connected to the water source)

 

The Dehumidification System:

The refrigeration evaporator is used for condensation and dehumidification, and the humidity is stable.

The bubble accelerates the humidifier, and the humidity stabilizes at a fast rate.

Adopt high-speed return air pumping system.
