This machine is primarily used for testing both metallic and non-metallic materials, including rubber, plastic, wires and cables, optical fiber cables, safety belts, leather belts, composite materials, plastic profiles, waterproof membranes, steel pipes, copper materials, profiles, spring steel, bearing steel, stainless steel (and other high-hardness steels), castings, steel plates, steel strips, non-ferrous metal wires, etc. It performs various tests such as tensile, compression, bending, shear, peeling, tearing, and two-point extension (requires an additional extensometer).

The machine adopts an electromechanical integrated design, consisting mainly of a load cell, transmitter, microprocessor, load-driving mechanism, computer, and a color inkjet printer. It features a wide and precise loading speed and force measurement range, with high accuracy and sensitivity in load and displacement measurement and control. It also supports **constant-speed loading and displacement-controlled tests**. The **floor-standing model** incorporates modern industrial design and ergonomic principles in its structure and coating.

– Imported photoelectric encoder** for displacement measurement.  

– The controller adopts an embedded single-chip microcomputer structure with powerful built-in measurement and control software, integrating measurement, control, calculation, and storage functions.  

– Automatically calculates stress, elongation (requires an extensometer), tensile strength, and elastic modulus, with automatic result statistics.  

– Automatically records peak force, fracture point, and force/elongation at specified points.  

– Real-time dynamic display of test curves and data processing via computer.  

– After testing, curve zooming and data reanalysis are available through the graphic processing module, with printable reports.  

– The product’s performance meets international advanced standards.
