1.NOVA Controller Kit is a numerical control system specially designed for CNC CMM products, whose core controller adopts 32 bit controlling core with large scale integrated circuit technology. Compared with other controller kits using general CPU, NOVA controller achieves higher effiency, meanwhile lower the power consumption and extend its service life.
2.Besides traditional two closed loop control on position and speed, NOVA adds the the one on speed inside the controller, so CMM machine will gain goog steady movement and exact positioning, which provide a solid foundation for Cmm’s high efficiency and accuracy
3.Controller Kit supports T curve or S Scurve, moving more steadily during variable motion.
4.The probe supports PICS A & PICS B interface specification,which are compatible with much types of probes.
5.More reliable & safer controller system .It provides multi controlling modes, which is able to shift to the corresponding mode to stop the machine at first time ,even occurring the CMM’s stopping questions. Because of online diagnosing function, users needn’t worry about similar questions.
6.Controller kit supports many error compensation methods, making calibration for CMM accuracy easily.
7.Besides routine line & circula interpolation in path-planning, NOVA controller also supports spiral & sphere interpolation, by applying for this motion control technology, it will improve machine’s measuring efficiency greatly, especially measurement for column, round orifice, sphere and curve,which could gain much higher performance.
8.Software for motion status monitoring & commissioning could control machine’s status at any time.
9.The humanization design of the controller box: it not only provides much easier and reasonable buttons and joystick, but also the traditional speed control and input keyboard. The emergency stop is also necessary.
10.No matter manual or automatic operation mode, Special collision prevention design of controller kit could inspect any wrongful collision from probes, and then stop machine’s movement in time, so that this will protect probe system’s safty.
