Instrument Usage：
The scratch tester is mainly used to evaluate the scratch performance of single-layer insulating color-coated boards. By evaluating whether the coating is scratched by a certain weight of tungsten carbide hemispherical contact or the maximum load of the coating cannot be scratched, the scratch resistance of the coating can be known. Mainly used in product surface coatings, such as coil coatings, can inks, 3C inks, UV inks, etc.
