ZL-2025 Sponge Indentation Hardness And Fatigue Tester

 

Purpose:

This tester is used to measure the concave hardness of porous elastic materials. It can measure the polyurethane sponge foam samples and carry out the tests specified in the our country standards, and accurately measure the indentation hardness of sponges, foams and other materials. It can also be used to measure the specified indentation hardness of the produced seat foam (such as backrest, seat cushion foam, etc.), and accurately measure the indentation hardness of each foam part of the seat.

This tester can also be used for the reciprocating compression test of foamed polymer materials to determine the residual deformation rate. From this, it is possible to understand the dynamic fatigue properties of the material.

 

Principle:

The sample is placed between the upper and lower platens, and the upper platen compresses the sample of a certain size downward at a specified speed to the concavity specified by the A method (B method, C method) required by the national standard. When the load cell on it feeds back the sensed pressure to the controller for processing and display, the indentation hardness of materials such as sponge and foam can be measured.
