Overview:

      This device complies with the standards of IEC 60335-1: 21.2, GB4706.1: 21.2, IEC60950: 2.10.8.4, GB4943-2001: 2.10.6.6. It is a strength test used to detect the solid insulation of household and similar electrical appliances against puncture by sharp tools.

 

This machine adopts PLC + touch screen control system with stable performance. Rotate the work surface to easily achieve scratch test in both vertical and horizontal directions.

Technical performance:

The scratch resistance test of the coating uses hardened steel needles for scratches. The ends of the steel needles should be tapered with an apex angle of 40 °. The tips should be rounded and polished with a radius of 0.25 mm ± 0.02 mm. The scratch passes through five pairs of conductive parts, including the middle interval, and the middle interval should be the part with the greatest potential gradient during the test.

In the scratch test, scratches are made in a plane perpendicular to the edges of the conductor at a speed of 20 mm / s ± 5 mm / s. An appropriate load shall be applied to the steel needle so that the steel needle can apply a force of 10N ± 0.5N along its axial direction. The interval between each scratch shall be at least 5mm, and it shall be at least 5mm away from the edge of the sample.
