Overview:

The large oven door life tester is designed and manufactured according to the relevant requirements of IEC60335-2-25: 18 and GB4706-21: 18. It is used to inspect the structure of large ovens and microwave oven door systems, including hinges, microwave seals and other related components. The special tester for wear resistance during use, and the door system can pass a total of 100,000 cycles of cyclic operation tests to check compliance.

The maximum door opening angle of this device is 140°, the electrical box is separated from the mechanical operation platform, and an adjustable switch trigger design mode realizes the test of the microwave door of the horizontal and vertical door structure. The combination of the suction cup and the guide rail makes the clamping more simple and reliable, and reduces the noise during the operation of the device. Ingenious machinery and control, while ensuring six cycles per minute, the door opening angle can be adjusted. It has a power-off memory function, supports shutdown during work, and makes the test operation more convenient.
