ZL-2013 Seat Caster Base Wear Tester

Introduction:

This machine is suitable for all office chairs with casters or chair wheels. It evaluates the ability of casters and chair frames to withstand the fatigue pressure and wear caused by the chair moving forward and backward. A load (113 kg) is placed on the seat surface, and the clamping fixture is driven by a motor and a synchronous belt to make the office chair or chair frame move back and forth to evaluate the wear life of the casters. The stroke, speed and number of times can be set.

Design criteria: Bifma x 5.1 clause 17 Durability test of casters/chair frames with foot chairs.

1. Accessories: 1 load-bearing base with a weight of 23 kg divided into 9 equal parts, a 10 kg weight is placed in each square, and the overall weight is equal to 113 kg

2. The base obstacle block can be removed for smooth surface obstacle-free block testing.
