ZL-1814B Motorcycle Helmet Absorbs Impact Energy Tester
Main purpose
According to the production of motorcycle helmet GB811-2010, it is mainly used to test the collision energy performance of motorcycle helmets. Widely used in motorcycle helmet related production, scientific research, quality supervision and testing and other units.
Main features
1.The impact height can be set, and real-time display of the impact height, set the height to automatically stop rising.
2.The base has impact strength, can firmly install the relevant devices, and set aside the relevant fixed holes.
3.Headform and helmet with electric control pull release.
4.Using special test tooling, easy to replace the whole headform and half headform, easy to carry out a full helmet or helmet test.
5. With the special design of the full helmet, the helmet can be rotated 360°. The top head, rear head, front forehead and both ears can be tested at five points.
6. The lifting and releasing parts of the headform adopt double guide rail structure to ensure a stable drop.
7. The flat anvil and hemisphere anvil adopts the socket type installation method to facilitate quick replacement and installation.
Main indicators
1. Headform: According to different types of helmets, it is divided into full headform mold and half headform. The headform weight is 4kg, 5kg, 6kg respectively.
2. Flat anvil: made of tool steel, collision impact roughness ≥ Ra0.8, hardness ≥ 50HRC, diameter ≥ 127mm, thickness ≥ 15mm cylindrical impact surface.
3.Hemisphere anvil: made of tool steel, collision roughness ≥ Ra0.8, hardness ≥ 50HRC, radius of 48mm spherical impact surface.
4. Acceleration sensor: Range 1-1000g, error 2.5%, frequency 0-1000HZ.
5.Impact height: 0-2000mm, you can set it yourself.
6.Impact speed: Real-time detection of the fixed point of the falling speed, and digital display.
Results of the decision
According to the provisions of GB811-2010 motorcycle member helmets, helmets to absorb impact energy performance test should meet the following:
1. Class A helmets should satisfy: The peak acceleration should not exceed 300g; the acceleration time exceeding 150g should be less than 4ms.
2. Class B helmets should meet the following requirements: The acceleration peak should not exceed 400g; the acceleration time exceeding 2000g should be less than 2ms. (When the acceleration peak value does not exceed 300g, this item will not be required.) The effect of acceleration over 150g should be less than 4ms.
