Main purpose

Main features

1. The main machine structure is single-column structure, which can move up and down in a straight line.

2. Extra-large stretch stroke of the lace, stretching up to 500mm, overcomes the disadvantage of inaccurate deformation caused by the force of the lower stroke of the lace slipping from the adjusting buckle.

3. The initial load can be set by itself, and the deformation is automatically collected after the initial load, without manual resetting.

4. Touch screen + PLC + special test program control during test. The program automatic control speed does not need to be manually adjusted, the program is automatically adjusted according to the test situation, and the test data and results are automatically judged and processed.

5. Test hold The test program is automatically closed-loop controlled, and the constant force value of 30S or 120S is automatically maintained. There is no need to manually adjust according to the change of the force value.

6. Real-time display of force value, time, displacement, deformation, speed, test curve, etc. during the test.

5. Beam speed: 0-500mm/min when no load, stepless speed change can be adjusted. It is convenient to quickly adjust the position according to the helmet.During the test, Type A 113N/min, Type B 75N/min, etc. are automatically switched according to the specific conditions of the test.
