Introduction

         ZL-1805 Safety Helmet UV Aging Test Chamber

Main purpose

According to the helmet GB/T2812-2006, GB 2811-2007 production, mainly used to  the safety helmet uv pretreatment test. Widely used in special labor protection supplies supervision and inspection stations, building science research institutes, construction quality inspection stations, power departments and helmet manufacturers.

Main features

1.The main structure: The use of stainless steel box, effectively protect the test safety and extend the service life. The internal fittings are made of metal or PTFE to ensure that the test results will not be affected by the aging of the test. Large test box, equipped with 14 sets of helmet clips, to ensure that a single test can complete 14 helmets. Configure double-layer UV observation window.

2.Temperature measurement system: Using high-precision PT100 sensor and PID temperature regulator, real-time testing and monitoring test temperature.

3.Protection system: built-in over-temperature protection system, the temperature exceeds the preset temperature, automatically cut off the power; open door power protection system, test door open, automatically cut off the power. The sensor is configured to monitor the operation of the xenon lamp in real time, and the lamp automatically alarms and records the running time.

4. Specimen Holder: Use a polygonal spherical distribution structure to ensure that all hats are the same distance from the light. Using a rotatable clamp holder, rotate the sample 360° in place. Overcoming the disadvantages of fixed type clips that need to be installed in different places and need to open the door on both sides, occupying a large area.

5. Light source system: 450W short-pulse high-pressure xenon lamp is used, and a matching power supply trigger is specially configured to ensure the stable type of the light source.

6.The control system: PLC +7 inch touch screen control, test temperature, time and other related information touch screen real-time display and operation control at any time.

7.Cooling system: the use of "down into the wind, on the wind" air-cooled cooling system. The dedicated turbine fan ensures that the outside wind energy flows uniformly through the surface of the xenon lamp and inside the test box, ensuring that the 60°C that does not exceed the standard requirements and extending the service life of the internal components.

1.Ultraviolet radiation source: short pulse high pressure xenon lamp, 220V, 450W.

2.Cooling method: air-cooled, to ensure that the test temperature meets the standard requirements.

3.Timing range: 0-999 hours. Realize display test time. Test time to alarm.
