ZL-1121B Digital Fruit Hardness Tester
Introduction
GYD series Digital fruit hardness test stand is specially used for GY-4 digital hardness tester to make the testing much accurate.

Operating steps:
1. The method to install hardness tester on the test stand
A. First regulating handle 1 to make spin loose, slip and contact to case 2, can show two mounting holes on the top installation plate 3; using mounting screws and spring washer to install the above two holes to the mounting plate.At last, unscrew the regulating handle 1, adjust to the above the original place, locked. (Such as figure 1)
B. Pressing handle 4 , can show two mounting holes below the installation
plate 3; using mounting screws and spring washer to install the below two
holes to the mounting plate.(Such as figure 2)
C. According to the above two steps operating methods, tighten the four bolts.
2. Choosing appropriate measure head (Note: choosing diameter of measuring head for 11, instrument shows hardness value for the actual fruit hardness value; choose for 8 of measuring diameter head, instrument shows 2 times of hardness value for the actual fruit hardness value). Using the threaded connection sets to install the testing head to the instruments test stem. (See chart 3)
3. Before Measuring: pared off the peel of testing fruit about 1 square centimeters, make the center of the fruit in the same line of test stem, so that can make the test force value much accurater. (see chart 3)
4. Start measuring: click the "on" button, when the LCD display is stability, click "peak" enter into the peak measurement model (if the LCD not show zero, press the "zero" button to zero), Pressing the handle to make the test head justify to peeled pulp.Uniform pressure into pulp until to the scribed line, complete measurement, the show value is the fruit hardness value. (Figure 4)
5. When the test is completed, remove the load, turn the power off, take off the fixture, each object will be returned to the clean tool box for using next time.
