ZL-1118 Grain Hardness tester 

Ⅰ Function：

AGW type grain hardness tester is specially used for testing of the hardness of grains (wheat, rice, etc.). The tester adopts advanced force metering technique, featured by high precision of test, and strong intuitions of instrument, high resolution, easy to operate, durable and reliable.

Ⅲ How to use：

1, When testing the small grains, fix the grains with a clamp (preferably place vertically), then slowly add pressure on the mandrel top to move forward by rotating the handwheel, at this time, the pressure load will be displayed on the meter and reach the maximum value of indicative pressure at the time of grain crushing.

2, For re-test, press the button on the instrument dial to zero to start the next test. If the pointer does not point to zero, rotate the round dial, and begin to test when the pointer points to zero.

Ⅴ How to read :

1, A round of large pointer represents kg, a small grid represents 0.01kg, and a large grid represents 0.1kg.  

2, A grid of small pointer represents 1kg.

3, The digit of small pointer represents the numerical value of kg.

4, Measurement result=the digital value of small pointer + the digital value of small pointer.

Ⅵ Cautions：

1) This instrument is applicable to be used in the environment of ambient temperature of -40 ℃ ~ +60 ℃ and relative humidity of not more than 80%.

2) Avoid bump and fall from affecting the precision in using. Wipe off the apparatus clean after using.

3) Various parts of equipment have been adjusted to the best condition. Do not dissemble the parts without permission.
