Tester for Resistance to Solvents
1.Standard:
•It conforms to IEC60851-4 Standard.
2.characteristics:
•It is applied to test solvent resistance of enameled wire with conductor nominal diameter wider than 0.250mm.
•It’s made up of three parts: pencil-impulse device and solvent thermostat device and a pencil-sharpener.
•Pencil-impulse device can move forward after putting the pencil down and raising it to return to the starting position automatically.
•Solvent thermostat can keep constant temperature automatically after heating up the solvent, and it is provided with temperature correction device.
•It’s provided with test-time preset function and function of giving alarms when test finishes.
•Pencil-sharpener can sharpen the pencil leads into an angle of 60 degree.
•Three pencil leads of the same hardness or different hardness can be put in at the same time, and they can be changed easily.
•It is more convenient to insert and take out samples.
