Description of use

   This tester provides high and low temperature simulation environment to test the material and strength degradation of rubber, plastic and electronic products before and after the test. This machine can also simulate the container environment, in order to detect the rubber, plastic in high temperature and high humidity, color fading, shrinkage. Test various materials for heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and humidity resistance. Suitable for electronics, electrical appliances, batteries, universities, research institutes, inspection and quarantine bureaus, paper products, food, vehicles, automobile parts, metal, chemical, building materials and other industries, factories and units of quality control testing.

Brief introduction of box structure form

The whole is divided into, test room, electronic control cabinet, machine warehouse three combinations: the left side of the upper part of the test room, by the insulation layer of the test room liner, to the left of the single-door type entry and exit; electronic control cabinet is located on the right side, the panel is mainly composed of temperature controllers, switches, switch buttons, failure to protect the combination of indicators; machine warehouse placed under the test room, by the filters, solenoid valves, wiring, compressors, and other parts of the composition.

Box door

Hinged single door, in order to prevent condensation or frost on the edges of the door frame and door during the low temperature test, the door frame and door edges are equipped with an electric defrosting device;

The door and frame of the test chamber are sealed with double silicone rubber strips, which are resistant to high and low temperatures, anti-aging and have good sealing performance.

Viewing window

The single door is equipped with a heat-proof and sweat-proof 3-layer vacuum glass observation window, and the surface is free of frost and condensation during any test.
