ZL-5075 Textile Cotton Fiber Air Flow Meter Micronaire Meter
Instrument usage:
Used for testing cotton fiber’s micronaire value.
The definition of micronaire is: a measure of the air permeability of a certain amount of cotton fiber under specified conditions, expressed in micronaire. The micronaire scale is based on a set of "International Calibrated Cotton Standards" whose micronaire values have been determined by international agreement.
Implementation Standards:
GB1103、GB/T6498、GB/T13778、ISO2403、BS3181、ASTM D1448
Main Technical Parameters:
1. The sample mass is based on 8g, and the microcomputer automatically corrects the micronaire value within the range of 7.5 to 8.5g.
2. Weighing accuracy: ±0.01g.
3. Bulk weight: 0.26g/㎝2.
4. Measuring range: 2.5~6.5 micronaire units. Accuracy: ±0.1 micronaire unit.
5. Usage environment: 5℃~40℃, relative humidity below 90%.
6. Power supply: 220V±10%, 50Hz.
7. Appearance: 470㎜×315㎜×305㎜.
8. It adopts electronic weighing, micro air pressure sensor, large touch screen Chinese and English display and microcomputer automatic control and data processing. It comes with a micro printer, and can also be connected to an external parallel port 24-bit dot matrix printer, which can display the micronaire value and micronaire grade. The machine has functions of weighing and automatic correction of standard cotton samples, which improves detection speed and accuracy.
