Usage:

Paper smoothness tester (no mercury type) of the technical requirements and test methods conform to international standards ISO5627, QB / T1665, GB / T456 requirements and other standards and regulations, a variety of high smoothness of paper detection the necessary equipment. The smooth instrument for high smoothness of paper and board testing should not be used to test the thickness of 0.5 mm or more materials or large air permeability of paper or cardboard, can cause false results because the amount of air through the sample.
Features:
1] instrument uses a high precision vacuum sensor to measure the degree of vacuum in the container, thereby replacing the mercury manometer, so this instrument is non-mercury type smoothness instrument;

2] the use of imported vacuum mercury vacuum extraction vacuum container, in a very short period of time to achieve the required degree of vacuum, controlled by the microcontroller;
3] with powerful data processing functions: not only able to measure the smoothness value of a single sample and automatically stored, and can statistical experimental data with plurality of the sample, which works out the maximum in the same group of the sample, the minimum , mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation, these data are stored in the data memory, and through the digital display; the instrument also has print function.
